Questions and Answers
Can you hoist my furniture?
  
     In some cases we can bring your furniture through a window or balcony. Hoisting is done at the discretion of your moving crew. If they feel that a particular situation is unsafe or will lead to damaging your items, they will refuse to hoist.

Can my moving team disassemble/reassemble furniture?
  
    Yes. We usually have to disassemble items like beds, tables, and desks to get them out of your current apartment or home. There is no additional charge for these basic items and we will reassemble any items that we take apart.

Should I empty my drawers?

    Yes. You may leave the drawers in the furniture, but be sure to empty the contents.  We also recommend that you remove all shelves from your furniture.  Please be sure to remove the small pins or dowels that support the shelves

What should I do with my clothes?
  
     You have several options here. You can pack your clothes in boxes, plastic tubs, or suitcases. You can also pack them in wardrobe boxes.  Each wardrobe box holds about 2 feet of hanging clothes. The last option is to leave the clothes on their hangers and then cover them with a trash bag to prevent them from getting dusty.

What about my flat screen tv?
  
    Your moving team will wrap your television in a thick, quilted moving pad when they arrive. They will do the same for your furniture and larger pictures and mirrors.

What types of piano do you move?
  
    We only move upright pianos from the first floor to the first floor. There is an additional fee for this service.

What forms of payments are accepted? 
  
   We accept check,cash,credit cards and google wallet

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?


 We price by amount of hours, how many crew members and if it's a truck or no truck rental. Charges apply for appliances,pianos or safe.


What is your typical process for working with a new customer?


We are happy to send e-mails in response to any inquiries, we will send our rates, but we prefer to talk with you over the phone to give accurate estimates. By calling, in response, you can get a feel for our knowledge and customer service.

We worked with various customers from loading to unloading . We have had corporate clients, home owners, small business, college students, newlyweds, recent retirees,and we welcome them all. Easy moves, big moves, small moves, we always welcome a challenge.
